Melon Playground Characters Guide
Melon Playground characters are subjects for your sandbox experiments. Before looking for a character pack, check whether the character belongs to your installed game or to a creator’s mod. A video may show additional content that is absent from your version.
Built-in characters and creator additions
Use the character selection available in your game as the starting roster. Built-in subjects come with that version; creator additions can introduce different appearances or behavior. A recognisable character in a thumbnail is not proof that it is included in the base game.
This guide does not present an unverified complete roster, unlock codes, or a strength ranking. Names, availability, and mod requirements need to be checked against the build or individual listing you are actually using.
How to compare two subjects
- Create a simple scene with one flat landing surface.
- Place each subject at the same height in separate runs.
- Keep other props and simulation settings unchanged.
- Repeat the comparison and note differences rather than treating one collision as a fixed character statistic.
This experiment helps separate a change in the subject from a change in the setup. Different initial positions, attachments, or leftover objects can alter what happens even when the subjects look identical.
Finding a character shown in a video
Look for the creator’s item name and required platform in the video description. Check whether the content is described as a mod or a saved scene, and whether a particular game version is required. Search the official Workshop from your installed game when the creator identifies a Workshop item.
Review the item’s price and requirements before acquiring it. For content types and loading issues, continue to our mods guide. A character image does not demonstrate that a third-party download is an official release.
Playing on this website
The browser playground uses a GameMonetize embed. Its available subjects may differ from the official app, and we have not verified importing character packs into it. If you want an experiment rather than a particular pack, begin with the subjects already available in the game.
